The ANGLIA Kung Fu Dunk Contest (“Contest”) begins on 07/12/2007 and ends on 15/01/2008 (“Contest Period”), both dates inclusive. This Contest is subject to the laws of Malaysia and is not offered outside Malaysia. |

This Contest is open to all non-Muslim Malaysians aged 18 years and above (as at the date of Contest entry). This Contest is not open to employees of Guinness Anchor Marketing Sdn Bhd (“GAMSB”), its subsidiaries or related companies, their advertising, promotion, event and public relation agencies, business partners and their immediate family members. |

Contest selection is based on the most creative picture of a “Kung Fu” pose as may be determined by GAMSB in its sole and absolute discretion. |

To participate, log on to www.anglia.com.my, fill in personal details and upload picture. More than one picture can be submitted. Personal details section must be complete and true. |

To collect the prize, you must show a proof of purchase of 6 ANGLIA SHANDY cans and present your Identification Card. 6 cans of ANGLIA SHANDY must clearly be stated on the proof of purchase (“Proof of Purchase”) when collecting prize as may be determined by GAMSB in its sole and absolute discretion. |

Exclusively for participants from East Malaysia: Grand Prize winners will also receive a return ticket to Kuala Lumpur to attend the Anglia Kung Fu Dunk Party. First Prize, Consolation Prize and Early Bird winners will receive an exclusive premium in place of the respective prizes as advertised. |

Contest closes at 12 midnight on 15/01/2008 [“Deadline”]. Any entry received by the GAMSB after the Deadline will be automatically disqualified. GAMSB shall not be responsible for any late, delayed, misdirected, lost, uploads. |

GAMSB reserves the right to disqualify all entries which contain incomplete or incorrect Proof of Purchase or incorrect or illegible personal details information or which are otherwise incomplete, incorrect or illegible in any aspect whatsoever. |

Winners will be notified via electronic mail (email) by 18/01/2008. In the notification email, winners will be informed of the venue, date and time set for the prize collection. All prizes must be redeemed on the collection date specified failing which, any prize remaining unclaimed will be forfeited in favour of GAMSB. |

Winners must personally collect their prizes. No representative will be allowed to collect prizes on behalf of winners. Winners must also show their original identity cards as proof of identity when collecting prizes. Each entrant is allowed to win one prize only. |

GAMSB’s, their appointed agency’s and/ or judges’ decisions are final and binding in all respects on each entrant in all circumstances pertaining to the contest and any queries, complaints, letters, telephone calls or correspondence whatsoever in respect of the same will not be entertained. |

GAMSB reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with that of similar value at any time at their sole discretion without prior notice, liability or compensation. |

The prize shall be non-transferable and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or otherwise in part or in full. The Winner must abide by the terms and conditions imposed by the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for the prize. |

The prize is accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner, and GAMSB excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. |

The Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges payable in respect of any prize awarded to them. |

By participating in the Contest, entrants have expressly consented for his particulars to be posted in any other medium that GAMSB sees fit for the purpose of announcing the winners. |

Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s unconditional agreement to and permission to GAMSB and its agencies to use the winner's name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice, unless prohibited by law. GAMSB fully reserves its rights to such forms of publicity and publication. |

Results once announced are final and binding. Disputes or appeals will not be entertained. |

By participating in the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions herein and the decision(s) of GAMSB which shall be final and binding at all times. |

Acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner’s unconditional agreement to and permission to GAMSB and its agencies to use the winner's name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice, unless prohibited by law. The Winners may be required at GAMSB’s sole and absolute discretion to attend prize presentations and/ or participate in publicity programs. GAMSB fully reserves the right to howsoever use and/ or publish the names and photographs of all winners in advertisements and other forms of publicity at any time and from the time to time without further compensation or payment to the winners or any other party. GAMSB fully reserves its rights to such forms of publicity or publication and to all contest entries. All such forms of publicity or publication and all contest entries shall become the sole property of GAMSB to retain, use and/ or reproduce in any way that GAMSB may deem fit at it sole and absolute discretion. |

All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis. GAMSB reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes in whole or in part with that of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion at any time without prior notice, liability or compensation to any entrant or any other party. All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or otherwise, in part or in full. GAMSB shall not be liable to any entrant or any other party for any failure to supply or provide the prizes due to reasons or circumstances beyond its control. |

Results once announced are final and binding. Disputes or appeals will not be entertained. |

By participating in the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions herein and the decision(s) of GAMSB which shall be final and binding at all times. |

GAMSB reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to exclude any entrant from the contest without any obligation to furnish any prior notice and/ or reason and without liability to GAMSB, its related companies and their respective directors, employees and agents. |

GAMSB reserves the right to at any time, to add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this Contest, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any entrant or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, GAMSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest at any time during the Contest Period without any notice and without any liability or compensation whatsoever to any entrant or to any other party. In the event of such cancellation, termination or suspension of this Contest, GAMSB may at its sole and absolute discretion choose not to award the prize in respect of this Contest or choose not to select any winner from all the qualified entries received prior to such cancellation, termination or suspension of this Contest. |

Without prejudice to Clause 26 above, if for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned, for reasons due to and including without limitation network failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of GAMSB or any party responsible for the running of any aspect of this Contest which corrupts or affects the administration or proper conduct of this Contest, GAMSB reserves its rights at its sole and absolute discretion in Clause 26 above and further reserves the right at its sole & absolute discretion to disqualify any individual or party who tampers with the entry process and take any action (including legal action) against such individual or party. |

GAMSB shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of or in relation to the participation of any person in this Contest. Each entrant (including the winner) shall without exception and without limitation fully indemnify GAMSB, its related companies and their respective directors, employees and agents (“collectively referred to as “Indemnified Parties” against any action, claim, demand, loss, cost expense, damage, injury or liability of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising to and incurred or suffered by the Indemnified Parties in connection with his or her participation in this Contest. Any delay, waiver, non-enforcement, modification, amendment, withdrawal or substitution of any term or condition contained herein shall not affect the operation of the other terms or conditions so affected by such a waiver, non-enforcement, modification, amendment, withdrawal or substitution and which shall remain in full force and effect. |

The non-enforcement or delay in the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions herein in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim or action by any entrant or any other party. |
| 30. |
Without prejudice to Clause 29, any failure or delay by GAMSB to enforce any term or condition herein or any applicable rule, regulation or law pertaining to any aspect of this contest in whole or in part or any waiver or forbearance granted by GAMSB pertaining to any aspect of this contest in whole or in part shall not operate as a dispensation of any of the obligations of any entrant in this contest or as a dispensation of any of GAMSB’s rights. The said failure or delay or waiver or forbearance shall not preclude GAMSB from acting on or enforcing any term or condition herein or any applicable rule, regulation or law or from granting future or further waivers or forbearances. |

Any waiver, non-enforcement, modification, amendment, withdrawal or substitution of any term or condition herein shall not effect the operation of the other terms or conditions not so affected by such waiver, non-enforcement, modification, amendment, withdrawal or substitution and which shall remain in full force and effect. |
| 32. |
The Contest shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Malaysia and by entering this Contest, each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. However, it shall be the sole responsibility and obligation of each entrant to ensure that he complies with and does not contravene any laws to which he may be personally subject. |

Failure to comply with the said Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations, instructions and methods will result in the entrant being disqualified. |
| 34. |
Words denoting the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa. |
| 35. |
These Rules & Regulations herein are prepared in both English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict or discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Rules & Regulations, the English version shall prevail. |
